Renovation
CMK ROCKS!!! From the first meeting with Derrick and Project manager Dylan I knew CMK team was professional and had the experience and expertise needed for the condo cosmetic renovation job for my newly purchased condo. I really appreciated the frequent check-in calls with Dylan to confirm any questions and confirmation with me before proceeding with the work! I also appreciated the sense of urgency Dylan had when calling with any questions or concerns I had. The person doing the new porcelain flooring and grouting was fantastic and the floors look beautiful. The electricians replaced all the light switches and sockets as well as hung a very heavy crystal chandelier and custom hand blown glass fixture . The electrician spent the time with me to make sure the fixtures were hung at the right height with extreme care making sure I was happy and assuring his customer was satisfied. Project was completed on the completion date agreed upon ! I will definitely use CMK for phase II of my renovation for the bathrooms and kitchen! Highly recommend the CMK team ...everyone was professional...experienced and wonderful to work with!! Thank you...jade
