Gasparilla Run
In February 2025, CMK Construction proudly took part in the annual Gasparilla Distance Classic in Tampa! Our team was excited to connect with the community at our booth in the expo hall and cheer on our employees who laced up their running shoes to join the race. The event was an incredible celebration of Tampa’s energy and spirit—bringing together fitness, fun, and local pride. We’re honored to support and participate in community traditions like Gasparilla that make Tampa such a vibrant place to live and work.
ABC’s Action News Angel Tree
CMK Construction Inc was honored to participate in ABC Action News’ Angel Tree last year, opening their showroom as a hub for holiday giving. Visitors were invited to stop by, select an angel from the tree, and receive a personalized wish list for a local child in need. Community members then shopped for the gifts, bringing them back to CMK to ensure every child received something special. The showroom quickly filled with generosity as families and customers alike joined in the spirit of giving. CMK collected and delivered the donated gifts, helping make the season brighter for children across the community. It was a meaningful experience that reflects CMK’s ongoing commitment to giving back.
Book Giveaway
CMK Construction Inc also proudly supported the “If You Give a Child a Book” campaign, donating $5,000 to help place new books in the hands of local children. This initiative reflects CMK’s belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, imagine, and grow through reading. By investing in childhood literacy, CMK hopes to inspire a love of learning that can last a lifetime. It’s another way the company continues to strengthen and uplift the community they serve.
First Friday St Pete
CMK proudly served as a lead sponsor for St. Pete’s “First Friday” a family-friendly block party that brought the community together along multiple blocks of Central Ave. The event’s mission was to raise proceeds to provide musical instruments to children in need, helping spark creativity and opportunity through music. By supporting this initiative, CMK helped ensure the event’s success and expanded its impact for local families.
