CMK holds the general contractor, plumbing, and electrical licenses in house, which means one company handles design, permits, and every trade under a single contract and one warranty rather than you coordinating separate subcontractors.

CMK pulls every permit through the City of Tampa or Hillsborough County, schedules the inspections, and owns that process from application through certificate of completion, so you never have to deal with the permit office yourself.

For most full remodels the kitchen is out of use for part of the project. We give you a clear timeline up front so you can set up a temporary spot with a microwave, coffee station, and fridge in another room, and we keep the work area contained and cleaned daily so the rest of your home stays livable.
