Florida Premier FC Jersey Sponsor
Florida Premier FC welcomed Courtney and Manny Kavouklis of CMK Construction as the club's Primary Practice Jersey Sponsor for the next two seasons. Backing a local youth soccer club is one of the most direct ways to put resources where Tampa Bay families already are, and to help kids get on the field.
The Gasparilla Distance Classic
In February 2025, CMK took part in Tampa's annual Gasparilla Distance Classic. Our team hosted a booth in the expo hall and cheered on the employees who laced up for the race. It is one of the events that captures Tampa's energy best, bringing together fitness, fun, and local pride, and we were glad to be in the middle of it.
Putting Books in Kids' Hands
CMK supported the "If You Give a Child a Book" campaign, funding new books for local children. Every child deserves the chance to learn, imagine, and grow through reading, and investing in literacy early is one of the most lasting ways to give back.

The ABC Action News Angel Tree
CMK was honored to host ABC Action News' Angel Tree, opening our showroom as a hub for holiday giving. Visitors stopped by, chose an angel from the tree, and picked up a wish list for a local child in need. Community members shopped for the gifts and brought them back to CMK, and our team collected and delivered every one. The showroom filled with generosity, and a lot of children woke up to something special.
Lead Sponsor of First Friday St. Pete
CMK was a lead sponsor of St. Pete's "First Friday," a family-friendly block party along Central Ave. The event raised money to put musical instruments in the hands of children who need them, sparking creativity and opportunity through music. Backing it helped ensure the night's success and widened its reach for local families.
