Our Story
It Started With Two Students Who Loved Homes
Courtney and Manny Kavouklis met as college students who shared a love for beautiful homes. They married in 2001 and founded CMK Construction in 2004 with one goal: build remodels they would be proud to live in themselves.
More than twenty years later, that goal has not changed. The company they started has grown into one of Tampa Bay's most recognized remodeling teams, with thousands of completed kitchens, bathrooms, and whole home renovations across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties, and now Sarasota and Manatee.
What has stayed the same is the way we work. Every project is designed and built by one team, on one contract, with one dedicated project manager who stays with you from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
