She kept after the permitting dept at st. Pete and was instrumental in getting a quick response for my permit. Thank you Lily!

My anticipated start date came and went. Davis kept his promise. I'm a snowbird and had expected the renovation would start while still in Florida. It started the day after we left! Davis communicated progress on my renovation, answered my texts and/or calls in a timely manner, if there was a problem he let me know how it would be resolved and I felt that he was sincere, not just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. CMK did a complete remodel of our 1990’s kitchen. We are extremely happy with the results! Carrie our designer helped us select the materials and products to coordinate color and style. She suggested the new Fabuwood Dove and we love that while still white, it’s a little softer than the frost white. The Demo team took every precaution to protect our home from the dust during the demolition. The installation team did a great job fitting the cabinets and crown molding and dealing with our imperfect walls. The quartz installer managed somehow to fabricate all the Cambria Irons Bridge quartz counter tops without any seams!!! Carlos our production manager kept us informed during the whole process and answered our phone calls promptly. He was onsite to instruct the installers as needed. We highly recommend CMK construction and will definitely use their services again in the future!

Lily has been instrumental in moving out project forward with ease. She has kept on top of the permitting piece by calling and emailing often to be sure the Board of our community answered and produced the needed information on a timely manner. Thanks to Lily's attention to detail I was able to expedite the Board's answer and, hence, progress to the City permits. Looking forward to working with Lily through the inspections required at the end of the project as well.
