CMK just finished a major remodel of my kitchen. A wall was taken down, the ceiling was raised and cabinets and an island were installed. It is beautiful! I worked with Annie to design the kitchen of my dreams. Carlos was the project manager. He was great. He communicated with us daily and made sure our project was completed quickly from the on April 14 demolition to final inspection on May 25. His crew was meticulous in their work. I highly recommend CMK to anyone remodeling their kitchen.

CMK Construction recently did a kitchen remodel for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. Carlos was our project manager and did an excellent job coordinating the various craftsmen. He addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner and made sure everything was cleaned up each day. I was very happy with the quality of the products, installation and craftsmanship. A special shout to our floor tile guy. Outstanding work! All the craftsmen were polite, respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend CMK for future construction work.

I was very impressed with the work CMK Construction completed for us. After meeting with salesman / estimator John Muir, we hired CMK to completely remodel our master bathroom. Thanks to John for being patient with us and answering our many questions. We next met with Soraly of the CMK design team to plan every aspect of our project. This experience was fantastic allowing to see what the completed project would like. CMK does an excellent job of communicating with you during all phases of the project. Our Project Manager (Davis) was always available and kept us apprised of the time different workers (plumbing, electrical etc…) would be out to work on our project. It seemed as if Davis was either at the project or conversing with the workers at all times. I felt like Davis was our advocate and was working hard to keep the project moving to completion. The tradesmen that worked on our bathroom worked incredibly hard, did a great job cleaning up each day and delivering all that was promised in the contract. Our project took took a little under a month from demolition to final clean up. While CMK may not be the lowest bid you receive I can assure you they will do the best work. I would highly recommend CMK Construction.
