Bathroom Remodel
We had Kelly out to the house and developed a great plan for our complete bathroom remodel. It was decided we would have Dylan for the project manager and he was amazing He is so attentive here daily and is kept up to speed by his complete team .We had Ihsovany and Yoandy as our installers and they were also great Their attention to detail and excellent work ethic was out of this world Our project took only 4 weeks from start to finish including a full gut and install. In Florida its very hard and time consuming to find dependable contractors and employees how ever this team was great. As a fact we are getting ready to redo our second bathroom and will only use this great team. You wont go wrong with CMK and Dylan team

Bathroom and Kitchen remodel
I learned about CMK through a magazine. I had no referral but I reached out to CMK for an estimate. In the meantime, I looked at other companies for estimates as well. After meeting with Jeff Esposito from CMK with such warmth and professionalism, we explained to him our project of remodeling the kitchen and bathroom and what our needs are. We stepped into a leap of faith and decided to have CMK do the project. We are thrilled with the job, and the workers were very hospitable, professional, and they worked clean. Despite minor hiccups, I could not thank Project Manager Michael Thomas enough for overseeing the project to the end and we are happy. He is a phenomenal guy and I would recommend CMK. I plan to have my future project with them to upgrade my master bath. Thank you CMK

Working with CMK has been such a pleasure! This was my first remodel and I can't say enough great things about Chris, Dylan, Ron and Dillon. Incredible work and communication from start to finish. Very professional and I'm thrilled with the end result. Thank you to the CMK team for my beautiful new bathroom!
Awesome
Folks, I'm not sure why you would call any other company in the Greater Tamps Bay area. CMK is the best. From Jessica who came out and did the design. To working with Natassa in the showroom to pick out tile, grout etc.. Then Dylan working with us as the project manager. Man, I can not say anymore about how they handled everything. Oh wait, how about Scott and Joe working on the project directly. You can not and will not do any better. The professionalism, customer service, follow up as well as helpfulness on the entire process was awesome. If you choose a different team, I feel sorry for you... Ownership should be truly proud of these team members!!
Bathrooms remodeled
The demo teams both times were on time and did a good job both the demo and the clean up. Rami was our main contractor he was professional and particular about his job. Jim took care of any concerns and sometimes went above and beyond. There were some hiccups with the granite crew and the glass crew but Jim made them get it right. We are doing the kitchen next year and will definitely consider using CMK again.
I'm So Thrilled With My Kitchen Remodel!
My original kitchen was builder grade and outdated. In addition, I had very little cabinet storage and even less counter space. Jessica designed a great layout at a good price. I met with the team to review and schedule the work. "Mr. President" said it would take 6-8 weeks to complete. The job started on time, and the tradesmen were fabulous. Everyone was friendly, competent and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I did have a problem with one worker, but my project manager quickly resolved the issue. Kevin Sampson did an outstanding job. He worked harder than anyone. He always went above and beyond his job description. Kevin always tried to help me save money. He came over late at night to solve a problem. Kevin often came over to check on things when he could have been with his family. He kept me informed as to who was coming to my house to work. He kept me updated on the progress and payment schedules. On several occasions, I would point out something small that needed to be done. Instead of scheduling the work, Kevin would go ahead and fix it himself. I would not hesitate to do business with CMK again, especially if Kevin Sampson was the project manager. CMK is a great company that I would recommend to anyone, but Kevin is the reason that the job went so smoothly! The project took about 5 weeks to actually complete. Thank you to CMK for a fantastic kitchen makeover, and a very special thank you to my project manager and new friend, Kevin Sampson!
Bathroom Remodel
I had three estimates from different companies and chose CMK for my 2 bathroom remodels. I did not regret my decision. Paul G., Dylan, Scott & Joe went above & beyond of my expectations. Respectful, professional, & true craftsman.. The demolition team, granite installers, & glass door installers all need recognition. This CMK crew team will be doing my future kitchen remodel. Beverly Olsheski Paul G., Dylan, Scott, & Joe walked me through every step of the project with respect, professionalism & expert craftsmanship. They all went above & beyond of what I expected. I also want to thank the demolition crew, granite & shower glass installers who also did an excellent job. My home was always left clean on their departure. Guest bathroom renovation
I will definitely be hiring this company in the future! They did a great job on my bathroom. I got an estimate in September. They started the third week in October and were done the second week of November before the holidays. Yay! Dylan, the job supervisor, was always texting me and making sure I knew what was going on . I really appreciate the good communication! Joe and Scott did a great job on the bathroom! They payed attention to all the details and were very helpful in making sure I was happy with the finished product. Thank you! Hope to hire you for future jobs!
