What a great experience with CMK! From the initial quote, to the design room and to completion! My project manager, NICOLE LAYANA, was on top of everything! She kept me posted every step of the way and scheduled workers perfectly to get the job done ahead of schedule!! Highly recommend CMK - professionals through and through. Individuals dropping of materials were quick and very respectful of my personal belongings. daily workers cleaned up after themselves and left a clean space (as clean as can be expected when tearing down walls)! I would have not been so relaxed during this project if it wasn't for Nicole! finished product is AMAZING!! Thank you, thank you! Sara and Yeti :)

From Josh at the beginning through initial consult, Aimee at design and Jose on the Project Management, it has been an incredible experience! Jose is amazing as we completely renovated our mudroom, master and hallway bathrooms. A few hurdles outside Jose's control but he is quick to handle and figure out solutions. Schedule for construction has been consistent with expectations and very pleased with everything. His communication is great. Would definitely recommend and you must request Jose as your PM!
Unbelievable & Beautiful!
Demolition started June 5, 2023 on a total gut job of a 1988 kitchen. What was once a small, oddly angled kitchen became a large, open concept cooking and dining area. Tom G was the project manager and we immediately felt at ease with him. His experience and expertise in the industry is outstanding. We do not live in Florida permanently yet, but Tom sent photos and constant updates on which crews were in the house and what stage of construction was currently underway. From electricians, plumbers to painters, installers, all work crews were professional and answered questions when we were at the house. The crews cleaned up areas at the end of each workday and a final cleanup crew came in once the project finished in mid-September. The transition from before to after is unbelievable! We are so glad we chose CMK to remodel our house. Tom is a huge asset to the company and we highly recommend working with him and CMK.
Outstanding service and craftsmanship!
We just finished our master bathroom remodel (weeks ahead of schedule) . When we first met with Chris, we knew we were in good hands. Aimee ( our designer) provided a fresh design to our bathroom and kept our cost down . Jose (program manager) was a franchise player. He kept us informed on the comings and goings of all the tradesmen minimizing our time sitting at the house.. He was so agile in his scheduling (stacking contractors and inspectors) that we were done two weeks (+} ahead of schedule. TOP NOTCH! A final shout out to Dominic and the demo crews who braved the hottest day in history to efficiently demo the bathroom while keeping our house spotless . We highly recommend CMC for all your remodels.
CMK kitchen and bath remodel
We had both kitchen and bath remodel and CMK was fantastic to work with. Kelly explained the job and what to expect before we saw Jessica who was are designed coordinated. Jessica pulled together everything we wanted and then some. She was awesome. When it came time to start our project manager Carlos went over the whole process with us and what to expect. Our experience with Carlos was fantastic. He answered all my calls and texts and kept me informed every day. It was a pleasure working with him and all the other workers that were assigned to our project. Could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recobmend them for any future work. they are not called the best for nothing!
Great job and fantastic result
From start to finish we had a good experience with CMK constructions for the remodel of our master bath. Our sales rep Daryl understood what we wanted and kept to our asks and our designer Aimee was fabulous. We had such an easy time picking what we wanted. When it came to the demo and remodel, their team did a great job. The PM Steve was fantastic and kept us up to date on our schedule and was quick to answer our questions and address any concerns. Their team from demo, to tile work, electrical, plumbing and clean up did get work and were professional. Very happy with our experience and look forward to more projects with them in the future.

We had a great experience with CMK Construction and their team. From Daryl who understood what we wanted to our design consultant Aimee who was great to work with. The remodel itself was hassle free and Steve our project manager was very responsive and kept things on track. The entire team was very professional, respectful and did wonderful work. Looking forward to more projects with them.

I had both my bath and kitchen completely remodeled and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! My 1950’s bathroom and 1980’s kitchen have been transformed! Start to finish for the entire project from consultation to completion was 5 months, including closures over the November-January holidays. Start to finish on the construction part, from demo to completion, doing both kitchen and bath at the same, time was 9 weeks. I met with Kelly to do my initial consultation. Jessica came up with incredible designs and I welcomed her suggestions for the project. Her passion for her work shows. Carlos was my project manager and was amazing. He is an expert at everything he does – scheduling all of the subcontractor jobs, coordinating code compliance visits, managing delivery of materials, arranging the delivery of my new appliances, communicating with the workers, explaining any extra work/costs that arose, and making sure any questions/concerns I had were addressed immediately. Carlos went the extra mile when he helped me find a pest control service when rodents were discovered and assisting with

Master Bathroom
CMK - Great job -my total gut/ remodeling master bathroom. Very dated and now eye catching beautiful. Good experience with Natasha -Designer. Walls/Flooring/title.. great jobs by Josh Ricky..did finishing work was great. He suggested hardware changes -I was using brush nickel and some stainless steel was to be installed. Made the change because of his eagle eyes. Hosea did the final touch ups!! Tabitha- Cleaner was kind / thorough/ attention to details. Shared great conversation. Jon.. trash removal!! Great guy/ hauled all away, down to the smallest pieces. Love his lightheartedness! My PM Steve took over my job after my original PM left CMK. Steve Thanks for Top notch service. Even though he took on a lot of the former PM jobs, he was hands on getting my bath finished. He called or text even late evenings with next steps. His word was His bond. He pushed the job to the finished line!! The hiccups and issues along the way were resolved by Steve asap. He was the Professional I was promised and for that fact plan to hire CMK for my guest bathroom remodel requesting Steve and Natasha. App
