CMK Is Simply The Best!
We have used CMK Construction to help us with 3 major renovations starting with our kitchen and most recently updating a bathroom & radding a 1/2 bath in our laundry room! From the beginning with our in home consultation I felt at ease that I was dealing with people that knew what they were doing. They had great ideas and really helped me bring my visions to life. Their team helped me design the rooms at their showroom where I had lots of beautiful options & could get advice when making selections from their designers. Once the projects started I was updated daily by my project managers about what would be completed and when. They listened to my concerns as the projects progressed and addressed them. As with any major renovation, unexpected issues arose, but they were dealt with quickly & fairly. The crews that were in and out of my house were professional and each were skilled at their crafts. I recommend CMK to anyone who is looking to have renovations done in their home. When I'm ready for my next project I know who I will be calling!
Remodeled Mstr Bath and house flooring

Fantastic new kitchen
Tom did a wonderful job managing our kitchen remodeling. Once the job got started, he kept us informed about when the various crews would be coming. Now that the job is finished, our new kitchen is everything we wanted. Tom gave us an estimated completion date and managed to get everything finished within his estimated time.
Outstanding Project Manager
I had the pleasure of working with Steve for the last couple of months on my project. Steve, not being new to the industry, was able to pick up the project and get it back on track. He was very diligent ensuring that the project kept moving forward and was on site daily. Due to his constant follow up, well rounded experience and knowledge, my project turned out great. Thank you CMK for assigning Steve Zioba to my project and seeing it to completion.

wonderful service
My husband and I contracted with CMK to have our floors re-done in 3 rooms, and have a partial kitchen remodel that included new backsplash, new countertops, new kitchen sink, and an extension added to our counter to make a built in table. Derrick Jackson was our salesman, and he did a fantastic job helping us pick materials and creating a model of what we wanted. Our project started on October 21st, 2022 and Completed on December 6th, 2022. We were very happy with the turn around. We had requested that our kitchen be completed by Thanksgiving knowing that we were taking a chance. CMK delivered!! Our kitchen was functional with counters, backsplash, and sink all installed. Our project Manager Tom Goas was wonderful and helped to make sure the contractors stayed on track and streamlined the process for us. All of the contractors used were amazing and so incredibly sweet to my family during the process. Dennis Transport who led the Demolition Team did a great job protecting my house from dust and debris. He also made sure to clean up after he left. Remodeling Kitchen and Bathroom
We had both the kitchen and bathroom remodeled and they turned out beautifully. Carlos was our project manager and he kept in touch with us on a daily basis to make sure all was going as planned. We found that all workers who came did a good job and cleaned up their area before they left. We were very impressed to see that CMK had a cleaning lady come on the last day and made sure both areas were spotless. We thank CMK and Carlos for a job well done....Carol J
Outstanding Team Work
My construction manager Tom was absolutely amazing. Very good about communicating even when there were delays....and we all know they happen! Always happy and made sure that everything was done to perfection!
Wonderful New Bathroom
CMK did a full bath remodel for us, we did floor to ceiling tile work, new bath, toilet the works. Joe was our project coordinator and he did a great job of communicating, clarifying and responding to all our questions. We defiantly would recommend CMK and for our project I give them 5 stars.
