Yes. CMK is a Florida State Certified General Contractor (CGC 1516665), Plumbing Contractor (CFC 1430533), Roofing Contractor (CCC 1336554), and Registered Electrical Contractor (ER13016498). We pull every required permit through the City of Sarasota or Sarasota County, schedule every inspection (rough, mid, final), and own the entire process from application through certificate of completion. You never visit the permit office.
For waterfront properties on Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and Casey Key, we also handle FEMA flood-zone compliance, coastal construction line review, and any HOA architectural review board submissions when applicable.
