Yes. Every before and after on this page is a kitchen CMK Construction designed and built in a client's home in the Tampa Bay or Sarasota area. The before photos are taken at the in-home consultation or right before demolition, and the after photos are taken once the project is complete. The design renderings shown on each project page are the actual drawings the homeowners approved.
Most CMK kitchen remodels take 6 to 10 weeks of construction from demolition to final walkthrough. Full gut remodels with wall removal, a new electrical panel, or relocated plumbing run 10 to 16 weeks. Design, selections, and cabinet lead time happen before demo, so the kitchen is out of service for the construction window only. Your project manager provides the full schedule before work starts.
It depends on the scope. A kitchen that keeps its layout and replaces cabinets, counters, backsplash, and lighting costs less than a full gut remodel that removes walls, replaces the electrical panel, and moves plumbing. Each project page lists the scope and materials so you can compare it with what you have in mind. The most accurate number comes from a free in-home consultation, where a CMK project consultant measures the kitchen and walks through the options with you. Financing is available.
Usually, yes. Each project page names the cabinet line and finish, the countertop, the backsplash, the hardware, and the plumbing fixtures. Once your project is underway you will make your own selections in person at the CMK Design Studio, where you can see the same doors, slabs, and tile and decide whether to match a project or take it in a different direction.
