A kitchen in a Sand Key Gulf-front condo is a completely different job than a kitchen in a 1970s Island Estates canal-front block home or a mid-century cottage in Mandalay. The condos bring association approvals, fixed plumbing stacks, and elevator and loading logistics. The canal homes in Island Estates and the single-family homes in North Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Point bring slab plumbing reroutes, dated wiring, and flood-zone elevation rules.
