Founded by Scottish merchants in 1885, Dunedin is one of the oldest towns on Florida's Gulf coast, and its housing stock shows every chapter of that history. Early Mediterranean Revival and Florida Craftsman homes sit on the streets around Downtown Dunedin and Scotland Street. Dunedin Isles went up during the 1920s boom.
