It was our first Major Renovation project with CMK and Annibel's attention to details, anticipation of challenges led to the project being handled very professionally and timely. He was our main contact when the project started and his interaction with other project personnel was not only valuable to us but greatly appreciated by the various workers. The project did take longer than originally projected but the end result was beautiful and the attention to the final completion was consistent and thorough by Annibel.

★★★★★ I was very impressed with the work CMK Construction completed for us. After meeting with salesman / estimator John Muir, we hired CMK to completely remodel our master bathroom. Thanks to John for being patient with us and answering our many questions. We next met with Soraly of the CMK design team to plan every aspect of our project. This experience was fantastic allowing to see what the completed project would like. CMK does an excellent job of communicating with you during all phases of the project. Our Project Manager (Davis) was always available and kept us apprised of the time different workers (plumbing, electrical etc…) would be out to work on our project. It seemed as if Davis was either at the project or conversing with the workers at all times. I felt like Davis was our advocate and was working hard to keep the project moving to completion. The tradesmen that worked on our bathroom worked incredibly hard, did a great job cleaning up each day and delivering all that was promised in the contract. Our project took took a little under a month from demolition to final clean up. While CMK may not be the lowest bid you receive I can assure you they will do the best work. I would highly recommend CMK Construction.

They were very accommodating with our changing needs throughout the process as well as making sure that we always had a working toilet/shower during the process as we lived here during the remodel. Communication was great and the contractors used were very professional and did excellent work! Special shout out and thank you to our PM Nick and Alfredo who both went way above and beyond to make sure the job got done and that we were happy along the way. Can’t thank you enough!

★★★★★ My husband and I had our Owner's Suite bathroom remodeled over the past 5 weeks and are thrilled with CMK and the work performed under the direction of CMK's Project Manager Barry. Barry was very honest and frank with us about how long our project could take. He estimated 6-8 weeks but our project was completed in just under 6 weeks! Therefore, Barry under promised and over delivered! He and his hard working crew showed up on the days he said they would. Barry was meticulous in his inspection of their work and was very accurate in implementing any change orders. He made sure to tell us when to expect their electrician, plumber, cabinet installers, tile layers and they always showed up on time and were very courteous. They laid construction paper down on the floors to prevent any damage and cleaned up after each job was completed. It all started with Aimee, CMK's Interior Designer, who made us feel right at home while she showed us the options in our particular budget, in their bright and amazing showroom! Aimee even offered us snacks during the selection & design process -- two of which happened to be my favorite! I must say, three other companies came to our home to provide quotes but we were impressed with how thorough and detailed CMK's Sales Person Chris was. He used no high pressure sales tactics and we signed up with him on the spot. We knew CMK was the right remodeling contractor for us and we are so happy & pleased with the final results!
