Good answer: A named PM, a real person you can call, who visits the job multiple times per week and communicates daily.
Why it matters: "We stand behind our work" is not a warranty. Get it in writing, especially on waterproofing.
Good answer: A written warranty on workmanship and materials, plus a separate manufacturer warranty on the waterproofing membrane. CMK's Peace of Mind Warranty covers both.
Why it matters: Tile and stone look completely different in catalog photos than they do in real samples under real lighting.
