A kitchen in a Gulf Boulevard beachfront condo is a completely different job than a kitchen in a 1960s Isle of Palms canal-front block home or a mid-century fisherman cottage at Sunset Beach. The condos bring association approvals, fixed plumbing stacks, and elevator and loading logistics. The canal homes on Capri Isle, Paradise Island, and Boca Ciega Shores bring slab plumbing reroutes, dated wiring, and flood-zone elevation rules.
