Belleair Shore has no subdivisions and no side streets. The entire town is the west side of Gulf Boulevard, so we cover every address in it, and we work up and down the island and across the causeway as well.

There is no buffer in Belleair Shore. Every one of the roughly 55 homes in town sits on the sand on the west side of Gulf Boulevard, so bathrooms here get the full load: salt-laden air pushed in off the water day and night, humidity that never really drops, and wind-driven sand and rain during storm season. Chrome pits, hinges and fasteners bloom rust, exhaust fans give out early, and grout lines that would last two decades inland start failing in a fraction of that time.
The homes themselves split into two jobs.
