Palmer Ranch is a 5,500-acre master-planned community in south-central Sarasota, stretching from Clark Road down to the Legacy Trail and sitting just east of Siesta Key. Its more than 30 gated and deed-restricted neighborhoods were built from 1988 onward and run the full range: transitional and Mediterranean golf estates in Prestancia and Stoneybrook, maintenance-free villas in Turtle Rock and Huntington Pointe, and newer builds in VillageWalk, Isles of Sarasota, Sandhill Preserve, and Esplanade. Many of these homes are now 20 to 35 years old, and their original 1990s and 2000s kitchens and baths are ready for a true update.
