Rotonda West is a deed-restricted, master-planned community in Charlotte County, laid out in its distinctive circle near Cape Haze, Englewood, and Boca Grande. Unlike a city built up over many eras, Rotonda West grew as one cohesive golf community from 1970 onward, and most of its single-family homes date from the 1980s through the 2000s. Homes sit along canals, freshwater ponds, greenbelts, and the fairways of five courses, Long Marsh, The Palms, The Hills, Pinemoor, and The Links, that make up 99 holes in all. After decades of Gulf-Coast living, many of these homes still have their original kitchens and baths, and they are ready for a true upgrade.
