Town 'N' Country is one of west Hillsborough County's largest established communities, spread between W. Hillsborough Avenue, W. Waters Avenue, and the Veterans Expressway, just west of Tampa and Tampa International Airport. Established 1960s through 1980s single-family ranch and concrete-block homes with original, dated kitchens and baths. The newer Countryway planned community along Countryway Boulevard and Sheldon Road. Waterfront homes near Bay Crest Park and Rocky Point on Old Tampa Bay. Deed-restricted pockets like Countryway alongside older, non-HOA blocks.
