We Know Valrico Homes Better Than Anyone
Valrico sits in east-central Hillsborough County, just east of Brandon and north of Bloomingdale and Lithia. Established 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s single-family subdivisions like Copper Ridge, Twin Lakes, Somerset, and Valrico Hills. Deed-restricted golf communities such as River Hills and Diamond Hill. Newer subdivisions off Bloomingdale Avenue and Lithia Pinecrest Road, plus acreage and equestrian properties out toward the east side, all shaded by mature oaks. Most of these homes went up with dated original kitchens and baths and closed-off layouts, and after a couple of decades they are ready for a true upgrade.
